Oswald Céspedes-Torres is the founder and CEO of Leyden Consulting Group. His work combines economic analysis, strategy and applied technology, with consulting experience in development, investment, regulation and quantitative research in Latin America and the Caribbean.
His experience includes research on migration and remittances, child-development data collection, public-service regulation, foreign direct investment and science, technology and innovation strategies.
He brings this economic foundation to the analysis of global value chains, investment decisions and institutional uses of artificial intelligence.
