Define the decision

An AI initiative becomes easier to evaluate when the team names a specific decision or task. Which documents must be reviewed? What information is missing? Who is responsible for the final judgment? These questions define the workflow before a model is selected.

Make evidence visible

For research and policy work, a useful answer needs an evidence trail. A system should make it possible to inspect sources, distinguish findings from assumptions and identify when the available information does not support a conclusion.

Test the working process

A pilot should be evaluated with representative tasks and the people who will use it. Compare the quality of the output, the time spent reviewing it and the errors that remain. The objective is a better institutional process, with clear accountability.
